As high school students, Bryanna and Quinton were part of a group that hung out together. Quinton provided the comedic relief for their posse and while there was flirtation throughout their high school experience, Bryanna and he had gone their separate ways after graduation. Life somehow brought them back into each other’s purview after Bryanna attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Ten years after the couple first met, two days before Christmas of 2020, Quinton took his girlfriend Bryanna ice skating with the plan to make her his future wife. Bryanna was completely unaware of what about transpiring – a photographer was snapping photos of them while skating the entire time, but she thought nothing of it. The photographer prompted Bryanna to spin on the ice, and as she proceeded to do so, Quinton was able to get down on one knee and pop the question. Family and friends had gathered nearby to cheer for their special moment. In the Spring of 2021, at a religious ceremony at The Duke Mansion, complete with communion, Bryanna and Quinton exchanged vows before 50 treasured guests. Being fans of theater, Disney and a good old fashioned fairytale, the couple incorporated whimsical touches into their day including choreographed dance arrangements and romantic colors.
