Lush green, red and blush shabby chic outdoor Fall wedding near Dallas, Texas
Real Weddings: Jennifer & Sean
Having met through the dating site Plenty of Fish, Jennifer, a retail merchandiser and graduate of Wade College of Fashion Merchandising found Sean, a manager with United Rentals and graduate of the University of Florida, to be a breath of fresh air amongst a sea of mediocre choices. The pair began dating and after eleven months together, Sean was already planning up a fancy proposal for his love. Sean whisked Jennifer off on a trip to San Francisco, CA for her birthday. Of course while in Northern CaLifornia, the pair had to make Napa a leg of their trip. After touring various wineries, Sean worked with the tour guide to choose the exact winery with the best hilly, scenic views to pop the question. Sean requested Jennifer take a picture with him at that spot on the last stop of the wine tour. As Jennifer was handing her phone to another couple on the tour to capture the photo, she began to get into posing position, when she looked behind her and saw Sean down on his knee. Members of the tour all began gathering around to witness the precious moment, and in between Jennifer’s screams and sobs, the throng shouted “say yes!” Which of course, Jennifer had every intention of doing. In the midst of the pandemic, in September of 2020, the couple wed before 70 treasured friends in an outdoor ceremony outside of Dallas, TX. Jennifer’s father walked her down the aisle, and though she was fighting back tears, Jennifer said she felt very relaxed in that moment. After reciting hand-written vows, the couple jumped the broom and after first dances and an epic speech by the bride’s brother, where he wore sunglasses to disguise his crying, Jennifer and Sean proceeded to have the party of their lives surrounded by their most important people.
