Midwest couple has classically beautiful wedding day in colors of navy and sand in Toledo, Ohio

Real Weddings: Tori & Ryan

Tori, a social worker, and Ryan, who works in sales, saw their paths cross thanks to The University of Toledo, when mutual friends introduced the two to one another while they both attended college there. But it wasn’t until their fateful first date that their love story truly began. After some time of dating, in June 2021, Ryan’s family orchestrated a vacation to Glacier National Park, setting the stage for a momentous event neither Tori nor their friends and family anticipated. As they embarked on the Grinnell Lake Trail, little did Tori know that this hike would mark a pivotal moment in their journey. Amidst the stunning beauty of nature, with the grandeur of mountains and the serenity of a glacier-fed lake, Ryan chose the perfect spot to propose. When they reached the end of the Grinnell Lake Trail, surrounded by the majesty of Glacier National Park, Ryan asked the question that would change their lives forever. At a traditional fall wedding, on October 15, 2022, and Tori and Ryan celebrated their love at their wedding, attended by 200 cherished guests. Tori was escorted down the aisle by her loving father and the couple chose to have a full Catholic mass ceremony at the exquisite and historic church that served cathedral vibes. Later for the reception, Ryan made sure to bring out his Nikes so he could fully enjoy all of the dancing that kept everyone up late into the night.
